The Japan E-Commerce Academic Society (JASEC) welcomes paper submissions from researchers around the world.

About JASEC

The Japan E-Commerce Academic Society (JASEC, incorporated association) is the only academic organization in Japan dedicated to e-commerce. Founded on September 13, 2017, JASEC bridges academia and industry by sharing EC research findings with businesses, contributing to the healthy growth of the EC market. President Shoji Nishimura (Professor, Faculty of Human Sciences, Waseda University) aims to connect academia, business, and consumers to shape the future of the EC industry.

About the National Research Conference

Held once a year with three sessions:

  • Academic Session: For researchers including university professors, associate professors, and graduate students (master's and doctoral)
  • Business Session: For EC businesses and EC support service providers
  • Student Session: Primarily for high school and university students

The Student Session can be cited as a formal academic achievement. Conference date, organization, name, co-authors, presentation title, affiliation, and abstract (proceedings) are published.
