Shoji Nishimura
Specializes in educational information science. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University in 1983. Left the Doctoral Program in Physics and Applied Physics at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Waseda University in 1990, and received his PhD in Human Sciences (Osaka University). Served as a full-time lecturer at the School of Human Sciences, Waseda University (April 1997), an associate professor at the same school (April 1999), and an associate professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Waseda University (April 2004: due to organizational restructuring), before assuming his current position in April 2006.

Shigehiro Nakajima
Founder of Naturum Inc., one of the world's largest online shops specializing in outdoor activities. Born in Osaka in January 1963, he grew up in a family that owned a fishing tackle manufacturer. After operating a brick-and-mortar store, he entered the online sales business in 1996 and achieved success, leading to the company being listed on the stock exchange. September 1986: Joined Nakajima Co., Ltd. January 1995: Became Vice President of Nakajima Co., Ltd. May 1996: Opened online shop "Naturam" February 2000: Founded Naturam Co., Ltd., became Representative Director and President February 2007: Became Representative Director, Chairman, President and CEO (current position) October 2007: Listed shares on "Hercules" (currently the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ (Growth) August 2008: Changed name to Minerva Holdings, August 2015: Delisted through MBO June 2016: Became Representative Director of Neo E-Commerce Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Toshihiro Miyamatsu
Former director of Rizap. In charge of all operations from start-up to stock listing. Other achievements include first place in 12 categories at Rakuten. After selling his shares at the time of listing, he founded ISSUN Co., Ltd. in 2011 under the slogan "Small can conquer big". Supports numerous clients who have grown into No. 1 in the e-commerce industry with production, advertising, and consulting.

Yasuhisa Teppei
Born in Tanegashima, Kagoshima Prefecture in 1975, Aries, blood type A. Graduated from Nihon University College of Economics, School of Business and Industry. Consultant, Association Producer. Started a business while still a student in 1996, and has been involved in all kinds of internet-related businesses, including e-commerce, system development, and network construction. The Japan Fried Chicken Association, a general incorporated association, which has been operating since 2009 with its own unique web strategy, is now the world's largest fan association with over 90,000 members. It is attracting attention as a new type of company, with a completely different approach to community building and association management from previous methods and ways of thinking.

Masachika Eto
After graduating from Meiji University, he worked for a power line construction company, a consulting firm, and a manufacturer before going independent. He is the oldest independent EC consultant in Japan. He has been involved in online store management since 1999, and achieved monthly sales of 45 million yen in the year and a half since launch. He has been ranked third overall on Rakuten for three consecutive years. He has supported over 1,000 companies and produced 17 authors of EC-related books. He has written three books himself and contributes to various media such as newspapers and magazines. The Japan E-Commerce Consultant Association, a general incorporated association established in 2013, has a maximum annual distribution volume of 300 billion yen.

Yoshida Miyuji
In 2018, while attending graduate school, he founded Amosia Co., Ltd., a health food and cosmetics manufacturer. The following year, he was scouted by the E-Commerce Society, a general incorporated association, and worked as its secretariat. In the same year, he worked as a researcher at the Tokai University Institute of Social Sciences.
