To establish this ABC-based chemical reaction mechanism, we launched the Japan Academic Society for E-Commerce. Specifically, we focus on talent development for new product creation through industry-academia collaboration. By working with university researchers on product development, even small and medium-sized enterprises can develop products at low cost. Next, to mass-produce e-commerce academic papers, columns, and reports, we hold research committee meetings that match e-commerce operators with researchers and experts. We will invite e-commerce operators and experts nationwide to share their business data and research insights for use in academic papers. This will shift e-commerce operations from relying on intuition and experience to one grounded in academic and scientific evidence, charting a sustainable path forward.
These initiatives aim to inspire hope for e-commerce among younger generations. By systematizing e-commerce know-how into a curriculum and ultimately granting university credits, we seek to cultivate talent for the e-commerce industry and contribute to regional revitalization.
