About the Seminar
All branches will hold the meeting on the same day each month.
Regular meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:00 p.m., and include seminars hosted alternately by the academic group and the business group, as well as online discussions.

■Eligibility
Academy members, business members, and coordination members can join either individually or together.

The branch chair will assign branch members.

Academy members are required to publish at least one academic paper per year.

Business members and coordinating members are also required to publish at least one JASEC academic conference paper per year.

JASEC lab research results (interim reports are acceptable) will be presented at any time.

■Evaluation criteria for papers
1) Novelty
2) Effectiveness
3) Reliability
The above content will be further subdivided into three levels and evaluated as an academic paper or JASEC conference paper.
If either or both of novelty and reliability are level 1, it will be a JASEC conference paper.
If novelty and reliability are level 2 or higher and either or both are level 3, it will be an academic paper.
*It is also possible to edit the research results of multiple JASEC conference papers into one academic paper.
*JASEC academic papers will be used as textbooks for future EC departments.
*There is a possibility of e-books and publication.
■About activity fees
The entire cost of the seminar will be covered by the headquarters.
In addition, 50% of the branch activities will be paid by the headquarters. (From the fourth year onwards, 20% will be paid.)
